Court Close has a large mature garden with post and rail fence on two sides to the paddocks. There is a tree lined fenced boundary to its only direct neighbours on the east side. There is ample parking near to the house but we encourage guests to leave the area directly outside the house free of cars except when unloading. There is good lighting in these areas.
The East and South facing terraces have steps lead down to a large main lawn surrounded by mature borders filled with trees and shrubs. This then leads to a lower lawn and steps to the pond at the bottom of the garden. (the pond is fenced)For easy access all these areas can also be approached without using the steps. There is also a small orchard area.
Croquet and Badminton can be played in the garden.
The garden is fenced but dogs must not be left unattended as the fence is not guaranteed as 'dog proof' and there are often sheep in the next door paddock!
There is a weber BBQ and garden furniture/parasol on the east facing patio. There is also a table and chairs on the front terrace of the house.
There is a footpath leading out across the paddocks by the house.
From the bottom of the gardens you can look back up to the house and the pretty village church and old terraced cottages behind it.
